A short boat ride off Torekov is wonderful Halland Väderö. In 2009, celebrated Torekovs Assembly that it was 800 years ago as Halland Väderö conferred or came to be appropriated by Torekov and its church of St Thora.

In 1209 teaches in the tradition of the Danish King Valdemar II Sejr have bestowed Väderön to the chapel in Torekov. The church was dedicated in Torekov S.ta Thora, the Mariners and the pregnant women's patron saint Halland Väderö.

Visit this Christmas

Take the opportunity to visit Halland Väderö this Christmas. Boxing Day is traditionally the ferry from Torekov at 10 to return home in the afternoon.
