Our holiday village is very scenic nearby Luleĺ River, the distance from the cottages to the beach ranges between 10 and 100 m.

The surrounding area consists of large lawns with lush foliage and beautiful pines. The cottages are winterized with bathrooms and kitchens, we are thus well placed to offer quality accommodation all year round, in close driving distance to the center of Luleĺ.

We have three different types of holiday catalog to offer: The smallest known Bälinge, between the size Haukilahti and the largest Karlsvik. We have also renovated a number Karlsvik and those we call Karlsvik de luxe. We have a total of 74 Lulea cottages available for rental. In a number Bälinge and Haukilahti Cottages are animals allowed.
