Is the information on the website is always updated and accurate?

Our ultimate aim is obviously to be absolutely fresh and topical information on the Internet, but we can never guarantee that we missed to update the price adjustments, as amended supply or other changes in terms of our deals and destinations. General questions about First Camp

Does all First Camp the same standard?

First Camp strives to be Sweden's leading brand in camping and holiday villages, and we make a continuous effort to improve the quality and standard of our residents and our destinations. There are minimum levels of accommodation, service, range of activities, standards, etc. and most of the first Camp destinations surpasses them. We have courses for both permanent as seasonal employees in what the First Camp stands for and what our customer promise is, in service, etc.. Want to know how a particular First Camp compares to other destinations, you can see the Swedish Camping new classification, where all SCR-affiliated campsites are graded based on a variety of factors. All cabins at First Camp has also graduated to our own classification.

Are pets welcome at First Camp?

All First Camp destinations have opportunities to accept pets, but if they can stay indoors due to both the First Camp for that which accommodation you select. Always check the possibility of including the pets before you make your reservation. In many of our campsites / holiday villages, we have special allergy cabins for those who can not tolerate hair etc of pets. Check the availability of allergy accommodation before you make your reservation.

Who is Hans Blix?

Blix's First Camp's mascot and the moons in particular for the small children. Blix Kids Club is a free kids club for our guests who will find lots of mischief and fun activities several times a week during the summer season. You can read more about Blix and our children's activities here .

I need a picture of the First Camp sign / logo and press photos from your camp / holiday villages - where do I find it?

Under the heading Press finds you well Press photos by our Press Releases and former Press clippings on the First Camp . Under the heading Press photos are also our logos, both First Camp main logo as logos for our sub-brands Hotels Cottage and the Smart Conference.

What is the hotel cottage ™?

hotels cottage ™ is First Camp alternatives to traditional hotel accommodation. It combines the hotel's high standards and service with the cabin space and freedom. hotels cottage ™ is offered as accommodation in all First Camp destinations and always include breakfast, made beds, cleaning and free wireless internet access. What is Smart Conference ™?

First Camp Meeting product called Smart Conference ™ and differs from the traditional conference offerings in several ways. We can provide quality meeting facilities and accommodations and a full range of appropriate activities for both the smaller as the larger group, and at a price which in principle is always low cost compared with alternatives. I want a summer job at First Camp, whom I turn to?

Working a season on a First Camp is extremely instructive, and much more demanding and complex than many believe. A campsite / holiday park is much more complicated operationally than eg a hotel or a store and also more stimulating for you as a seasonal employee.

If you are interested in seasonal work at First Camp, contact current First Camp-destination. In general, we hire in early spring before the peak season. Language, service culture and personal characteristics are high priorities as we make our selection.

Questions regarding the booking and promotions at First Camp

Why must I enter my address when I book?

Our booking confirmation sent via email now, a decision First Camp taken for environmental reasons. First Camp continuously measure our guests' perception of us and you get automatically a guest survey mailed to you after your departure from us. In addition, many guests asked for current information, offers etc from us and therefore we have made a routine of registered guests' email address. You can of course choose not to receive regular information from us at First Camp.

Why do I have to give my mobile number when I book?

Because sometimes we communicate with our customers via SMS to sudden events, it is mandatory to provide mobile number.

If I do not have a cell phone, I can not book then?

Well, you can still book online if you provide an alternate phone number in the phone number field. However, we will not be able to communicate with you via SMS.

Can I book breakfast when I stay at First Camp?

Yes, if you book Hotel Holiday Home comes with breakfast. Some of our destinations, it is also possible to book for breakfast regardless of the type of housing, and in some of our destinations are also sold breakfast show. Check with the current First Camp-destination in advance.

Why is not everyone offers from First Camp on the internet?

Some of our offerings consist of multiple parts and are not always appropriate to be sold online. They then booked by phone or on site at the current First Camp.

I want to book an offer I have seen the First Camp, but when I try to book it, there is not available, what is this?

First Camp participate in many collaborations and deals, and sometimes, not all First Camp-sites fully participate in an offer. This may be because much of the available accommodation is booked in advance for an event or a company. Our ambition is that all First Camp destinations will offer some opportunity to book our overall offerings. Most offers available on a limited number of homes / lots.

I have made a booking but have not received a confirmation?

Contact current First Camp and ask them to send a new confirmation, check that they have accurate contact information to you.
