Torekov is a venerable old fishing village and even in our days it is a good starting point for fishing. In the Kattegat are both mackerel as lobsters, crabs and flatfish. You can fish from the jetty or pier. The lakes require a fishing license.

At First Camp Torekov we have our own Boat slip so that brings their own boat, you can very easily get to sea. The Cat's port, 15 minutes by car, there are boats for hire.
So why not arrange a fishing trip with friends? Rent a cottage for a few days, bring your fishing gear and relax. We can guarantee a good living & hopefully you will also get chance to cook good food. If your fishing luck fails, there are several quality restaurants within walking distance of the cottages.
